Beautiful waterfront (180’ frontage) home, on over an acre, built on a 25 foot high rock cliff overlooking the Sea of Abaco. Only a 10 minute drive north of Marsh Harbour, it is located in the pristine and secluded Great Cistern area of Great Abaco Island. It offers breathtaking views of the Sea of Abaco, Marsh Harbour, Hope Town, Man-o-War Cay and Great Guana Cay. Facing Northeast, it is situated to catch the cool summer seabreezes. A wide native stone staircase winds down a cliff to the Sea of Abaco, where you’ll find a large sunning deck with ample built-in seating all around. Our 40 foot dock (5 feet deep at low tide) is perfect for swimming and snorkeling in front of the house. There is a ladder to make it easy to get in and out of the water. Nice snorkeling along the rock shoreline is ideal for beginners to get comfortable in the water. Our home offers 2300 sq ft of living area and is accented with vaulted ceilings and generous picture perfect postcard views of the turquoise sea from every room. The living room fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere for evening gatherings in the winter months. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and Corian countertops, adjoins the dining room with seating for six guests. We have broadband internet access and satellite TV to help you stay in touch. The master suite (king) comprises a spacious luxurious full bath and a private garden shower. One of the guest bedrooms (queen)
offers a private bath while the other guest bedroom (twins) has access to a full bath just footsteps away in the hall area. Each of the bedrooms allows for beautiful views of the sea of Abaco.

Spring/ Summer and Winter Holiday are ON Season Times generally no discounts are allowed unless staying for longer lengths of time. August 15- December 15 is considered off season, there are selective restaurants and on island activities during this time frame. As reflected above our owners who stay open for this time offer you a 15-20% discount. January 15- February 15 is a mini slow season almost everything is open still from the holidays but it is not that busy on island as holidays are over and spring break has not yet arrived. As reflected most owners offer you a 10% discount during this time.
