The secure Iguana Bay residence is set within a private coconut grove and provides direct beach access within a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Anse à la Gourde beach. From the terrace overlooking your private swimming pool (6 m x 3 m) and garden, you can fully relax and enjoy timeless moments in a privileged environment where tranquility and nature come together.
The villa offers 135 sqm of living space and features a comfortable living room with dining area and ceiling fans, as well as a separate, fully equipped kitchen including oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob and microwave.
It comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two single beds. Each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and WC. The villas are also equipped with a safe, television and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi. Housekeeping service is available upon request.
