Initial Deposit: The initial deposit is due within 5 business days from the date of the booking accordingly to the following conditions.
- 60% deposit is due at time of booking if your reservation arrival date is more than 30 days from the booking date.
- 100% payment is due at time of booking if your reservation arrival date is within 30 days from the booking date.
- Final payment is due 30 days before the arrival if your reservation arrival date is between January 4th. and November 19th.
Final payment is due 60 days before the arrival if your reservation arrival date is between November 20th. and January 3rd.
We strongly suggest for you to purchase Accidental Rental Damage Insurance, if you decide not to use Accidental Rental Damage Insurance, you will then be required to make a $500 usd damage deposit with your final payment. Said deposit will be kept for a week after your checkout for any damage, missing items or unusual cleaning required and if there is a complete absence of debt verified you will then receive your deposit back within a two week period unless there are phone bill charges or property inventory to be purchased, then it could be held up to 30 days after your departure.
Reservations cancelled more than 60 days before the arrival date will receive an 80% refund of the initial deposit. All cancellations less than 60 days before the arrival date will not receive a refund. In addition, there will be no refunds due to weather, construction, loud neighbors or natural disasters.

We have been vacationing in La Cruz for several years now, and we love the area. This was our second stay at this villa and we loved it even more than the first time. I really like the renovations that were done to the house including the outdoor kitchen and eating area under the palapa and the expanded pool (especially the wet bar area). We took advantage of the outdoor grill to cook some of the awesome lobster and shrimp that we bought at the fish market. Sunday market is very lively, I love finding some really neat art and craft things, and do try the local hibiscus flavored wine (it is a perfect base for a lovely sangria). Lalo the manager was great and checked in with us every day, and I really like that when booking this property Amy was very responsive and provided a lot of helpful tips and hints about the area. I already look forward to another stay at the Villa.

Just returned from a week stay in this Villa. Wow, What a gem! Would recommend this property to anyone. Spacious, comfortable, convenient doesn't begin to adequately describe the home. Beautiful views of the Pacific from several rooms. Farmers Market on Sundays at the Marina across the street is fun. Fresh fish daily at the Marina you can bring home to BBQ. Massive pool if you just want to float. There were 8 in our party and we never felt crowded. Lalo, the caretaker, is bilingual and available to address your every need. Also, take advantage of Lupita, the cook, who will prepare great authentic Mexican meals if requested. Perfect place to call "home" while you explore this part of Mexico. Can't wait to return.
