If offers an enlarge pool deck area with lounge chairs, a new modern fully equipped kitchen and has cosy living area with an L-shaped couch. The views are incredible overlooking the islands of Anguilla, Pinel, Tintamarre and the Orient Bay Beach and all the way up to St Barth.
The villa is fully air-conditioned, but your favorite spot will be the terrace with the nice breeze and this incredible views. There is ample seating and your choices to relax are: the lounge chairs around the pool, teak dining table that will seat 8 or the lounge corner.
The pool is really private and perfect for sunbathing “au natural” if you would prefer to do this.

There are 3 bedrooms and they all offer en-suite bathrooms.
There is one bedroom with a king bed and this bedroom opens up to the terrace.
The other 2 bedrooms do offer queen size beds.

Living Room Description
Open floor living area opening up to the outdoor terrace with it’s amazing views. There is a internet access and a smart TV and L-shaped couch to relax.
