Costa Rica vacation rentals : This villa is perched on top of a mountain. In a private, secluded and serene setting in the jungle, it offers a wonderful place to relax, rejuvenate, explore nature and enjoy the activities offered near Quepos and Manuel Antonio.
The villa has been designed to bring the outside in, with its many windows and large sliding glass doors that open to the pool. You will have the most relaxing experience feeling the ocean breeze during your stay here.
The villa has 3 bedrooms (1 king size bed and 2 queen size beds), 3 bathrooms, a living / dining room and a fully equipped kitchen that can accommodate 6 people.
The following facilities will be at your disposal: private pool overlooking the valley, washer / dryer, air conditioning in every room, TV, Wifi, DVD player and telephone.
Please note: This villa and its pool are built on steel pillars and the deck is well above ground level. Children must be closely monitored. This house is not recommended for children who can not swim because there is no shallow end of the pool. Pets are not allowed.

Additional information
A 50% security deposit and signed rental agreement are required to reserve. The balance payment is due on arrival. In case of a cancellation, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. If we are able to re-rent the property, we will refund the deposit.
Before your arrival, please confirm the time you expect to arrive at our office to check in. If you arrive during office hours (Mon-Fri 7am-4pm, Sat 7:30am-11:30am), Dorit will be at the office to welcome you.
If you arrive after our office closes or on a Sunday or National Holiday, we will leave an envelope with instructions and keys with our security guard at the entrance gate. You can then stop by our office the following day and we can answer any questions you have at that time.

Stayed October 2017 The house is amazing and looks much better than the pictures. This is the one on the top, no neighbors. The views from the balcony is terrific.

Stayed November 2017 The house is just spectacular is better than the pictures. It is very centrally located so close to Quepos and about a 15 min car ride to Manuel Antonio Park. Everyone went out of their way to help us with booking tours and making reservations for us. Both Dorit and Jessica at the front office are amazing. Frank who is the grounds keeper is very helpfull as a tour guide to the local waterfalls. Finally there is Princess, Frank’s dog she is the sweetest and we all fell in love with her. We will defenetly come back here and stay at this villa.

Stayed December 2017 When entering through the front door you will instantly have goose bumps. The view is incredible... words cannot describe it! The house is so well designed and everyone on the private estate will look after you and will make sure that you have the best time in Costa Rica ever. The house is a easy 5 min drive to Manuel Antonio park and the fab restaurants which are located on the road leading to the park ... a special mention has to go to Raphaels Restaurant- fab food , staff and whilst we were there we saw Toucans and sloths. A special mention goes to Jessica who looked after us so well and managed all our requests and tour bookings. Don’t hesitate in booking this house as I couldn’t fault its location, cleanliness and sheer beauty!
