This modern wooden chalet has been developed by its owners with the aim of creating a holiday home that was calm and peaceful. It is situated behind the tiny village of Fleurac, high in the hills of the Vézère valley. The three bedroom holiday home has been ecologically designed with comfortable interiors, complete with high-quality fixtures and fittings. The home includes an open-plan kitchen and living area, three bedrooms, a bathroom and large south-facing decking area, complete with private Jacuzzi, outside shower and nice garden furniture. Solar powered hot water and a wood burning stove are combined with electric heating to ensure that the holiday home is suitable for rental all year round. The local restaurant in the nearby town square is within walking distance, whilst a greater variety of eateries are just a short drive away. A visit to the Perigord region wouldn't be complete without a visit to one of the numerous chateaux, which are open to the public. De Losse is 15km away, Beynac is 30km away and Castelnaud is approximately 35km from the holiday home.There is also a fantastic selection of caves nearby such as the Rouffignac caves (5km away). The beautiful riverside town of Montignac is 19km from the property. Bergerac airport is 57km away.
