The house offers several terraces, which enjoy a different sun exposure during the day, leading to a well-kept lawn and a wonderful swimming pool, which are perfect places for long lazy days and warm summer evenings. The immaculate saltwater pool is secured by an electric blanket and is next to the attractive pool house. The large garden allows the practice of many family activities such as football on the reduced field, table tennis, trampoline and the collection of fresh eggs in the morning.

This original house has been restored and furnished with tremendous attention to detail. The cozy living room has a large dining room, a seating area with comfortable sofas and a fully equipped modern kitchen with a center island. Adjacent is the lounge / TV room, often used as an after-hours retreat where to sip liqueurs while "rebuilding the world". The rooms of this property are all bright and colorful, with the large living room and kitchen opening directly to the outdoor dining area, lawns nicely brought with the pool in the distance.
Five beautiful rooms accommodate up to ten guests. On the ground floor, there is a suite consisting of two double bedrooms and a shower room, with direct access to the garden. Three other double bedrooms are located on the first floor, with the master suite having its own private bathroom and the other two sharing a family bathroom. Although the house does not have air conditioning, the thick stone walls retain a cool atmosphere indoors throughout the day.
During your stay, you will be a short drive from Montpellier, where you can explore its medieval center. A little further east, Aigues-Morte offers an interesting gateway to the Camargue wilderness, while Nîmes or Arles with their vast Roman heritage remain an excellent suggestion for cultural visits. Otherwise, why not go inland and visit the vineyards of Pic Saint Loup, reminiscent of Stellenbosch.
