The open plan kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, and plenty of pans, dishes and glasses. There are 2 bedrooms overlooking a beautiful private courtyard ornated with bananna trees and climbing jasmine and bougainvillea plants. The master bedroom has a double bed (160x200) and second bedroom has bunk beds. All beddings are very comfortable and brand new, including the sofa bed. Located on the East side of La Grande Motte, or so called Levant side, the area is very quiet but nevertheless less than 5 minutes walk to the center of the village, shops and restaurants.
