Zanzibar Villa located on one of the most pristine beaches of the Island on the North East Coast close to the fishermen village Matemwe with wide views on Mnemba Island and the Indian Ocean. The Villa is surrounded by a large tropical garden with plenty tropical plants and fruits and has a private pool (5 x 10m) and private beach (the Villa has direct beach access, beachfront is ca. 70 meters wide).
Villa offers luxurious comfort and total privacy making the villa a perfect holiday getaway for families and friends looking for privacy and comfort away from the crowds.
Villa is a luxurious, fully serviced and private.
The house sleeps up to 14 persons.
The Villa has 5 bedrooms of which 4 with king size beds (and with own bathroom and airco) and one suite with two king size beds, bathroom, airco and private terrace. We also have two extra single beds which can be put in any of the rooms to give you maximum flexibility.
It also features a large swimming pool with sundeck and a private beach area. 
The large living room is beautifully furnished and equipped. On the one side there is a lounge area with TV and DVD, a large sofa and lounge chairs allow you to relax and chill out with a view over the Ocean and the garden.
On the other side there is a large dining table and a desk.
The Villa has several terraces and three dining area’s of which one right on the beach. The Villa is fully furnished and tastefully decorated. Towels (pool and bathrooms) will be provided, the rooms are cleaned daily, tables will be set (at your preferred spot) and meals served etc…

As for boat trips we share the boat with our neighbours (on alternate days) for snorkelling in the lagoon or around Mnemba island, a diving and snorkelling hotspot. For deep sea fishing in the open sea we go to Nungwi (North of the island) as currents are quite strong in the open sea and we need larger boats to go out (and which cannot reach Matemwe because of the lagoon).


As for catering we are totally flexible, following formula's are possible: we can send you a shopping list which you use to do your shopping upon arrival (the driver will know where to go) or you mark on that list what you would like us to deliver to the house and the chef will prepare the meals with your groceries. Alternatives are half or full board (breakfast + lunch + 3-course dinner). Full Board is 50€ per person per day and Half Board 40€ per person per day and includes water, coffees and teas during the day and soft drinks during the meals but excludes alcoholic beverages which we can obviously provide as well).
