Overlooking the Mediterranean between Calvi and L’Île-Rousse, this villa boasts a spectacular setting where the sea meets the rugged landscapes of Corsica. This contemporary property, open to the outdoors, offers breathtaking views and unforgettable sunsets.

Its infinity pool, heated upon request, seems to melt into the horizon, while the expansive terraces invite relaxation while enjoying an exceptional panorama. Located close to turquoise waters, authentic villages, and the Agriates Desert, the villa enjoys a truly exceptional location.

The Accommodation

Spanning approximately 300 m², and fully air-conditioned, the villa is set on a large, landscaped plot and offers generous and elegant living spaces.

The spacious living room with a fireplace opens onto a welcoming dining room and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen (American-style refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, etc.). A utility room completes this space, housing a washing machine, dryer, and a second refrigerator.

Sleeping area:

3 suites with king-size beds (180x200 cm), large dressing rooms, and en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, bathtubs, and private toilets.

2 bedrooms with 160x200 cm beds (convertible to twin beds), dressing rooms, en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers, and private toilets.

All bedrooms have air conditioning and sea views.

The villa opens onto a superb teak terrace of over 500 m², designed to fully enjoy the natural surroundings.
