We had the most amazing stay at this apartment. Everything was perfect. The view is beautiful and the rooftop pool was incredible. We enjoyed a few day trips on the island but found it increasingly difficult to drag ourselves away from this personal paradise. Swimming and snorkelling out the front, having a bbq on the balcony or just sitting having a drink watching the sun go down. We miss it already. Just a short walk to the super market to stock up on groceries or to eat out at the many close by restaurants. It’s a cheap local bus ride to Grand Baie if the need for more serious shopping takes hold. Finally, the maids who looked after us while we were their. What a beautiful group of ladies, friendly and non intrusive as they go about their work. Make sure you look through their recipe book. If you provide them with money and advanced planning, they will cook for you some of the best food you will eat on the island. I could go on and on. It’s Simply one of the best apartments in a stunning location we have ever stayed at in our lives. Well deserved of a five out of five rating.

The residence is located minutes from Perebere beach. Each villa is enormas, boasting 3 large bedrooms with all the amenties of a family home and much more... There are 2 double bedrooms and a room with 2 single beds. The main beach and 'Winners Supermarket' are about 10 minute walk down the road. Although there are no shops close by, it is easy to catch public transport from the street to Grande Bay, where the nitelife, restaurants and bars are located. My stay at this property was fantastic and we will definelty return nextime for a longer stay. The property is family friendly and secure with 24 hour onsight security. If you are looking for more flexabilty, I am certain that La Residence will exceed your expectations.

Sympa, spacieux et luxueux, les appartements à l'intérieur très beau jardin tropical et une piscine. Plage et la mer à proximité, à seulement 50 m en traversant (animée), Street. Bel hôtel avec air conditionné, bonne douche, une cuisine bien équipée, d'un lave-linge et un sèche-linge dans l'appartement. Ils passent souvent nettoyage inclus. 3 semaines pour la deuxième fois, la première fois 2 semaines. Sommes retournés à cause des bonnes expériences.
