Your stay in this luxury villa begins (and ends) with a round-trip airport transfer, a welcome cocktail, and includes snacks and housekeeping. The house opens to a stunning beachfront terrace with rows of chaise longues, a shaded dining area, outdoor kitchen with bar and barbecue, and a pool with a waterfall feature. A gazebo closer to the ocean is a shady spot to read, nap or just listen to the waves.
Inside, the villa has a home theater, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and ceiling fans.
While the villa’s high ceilings and open plan give the interiors a breezy feel, multiple levels create cozier gathering spots within the layout. The television lounge tucked below the dining area, can seats ten. The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped.

- Payment terms : 20% when booking and 80% balance as follows, depending on the season:
During peak season and holy week: no later than 30 days before arrival.
During the high season: no later than 30 days before arrival.
During the low season: no later than15 days before the arrival.
If the payments haven't been made in the terms stipulated above, an automatic cancellation without prior notification will be applied.
Cancelation policy :
Peak season and high season:
Cancellations less than 30 days before arrival = no refund.
Cancellations more than 31 days and up to 59 days before arrival = a credit note which can be used for a future reservation subject to availability and with the adjustment of the respective seasonal rate.
Cancellations more than 60 days before arrival = will be refunded.
Low season: Cancellations made 15 days or less before arrival will not be refunded.

Melvin, Heiner & Magalie were just awesome and always looked after us while being discrete at the same time. The property is well located, clean and spacious. The beach is very private. You need a 4X4 to access the villa. Easy access from Tambor airport but 3.5 hours drive from Liberia. Everything was perfect, but the only inconvenient was that we had to pay to make the laundry.

We spent a wonderful week at this villa with our entire family, 6 adults and 6 children, ages 6-10. The house was perfect for the three families involved and for all the children. The pool was in use everyday and the beach was so private and wonderful for the children as well as the adults. The staff was terrific - Harry, Melvin, and Evonnia were so sweet and loving with the kids and so helpful for all of us. Harry's food preparation was fabulous and gave all of us a real taste of Costa Rican food. He called each child by his or her name, as well as the adults. We all adored him! Melvin was so helpful with local knowledge, hikes to a nearby waterfall, maintainence items around the home, and just generally took care of all of us. Evonnia gave the girls towel folding tips several days and was so helpful with the house cleaning needs. All in all, it was a perfect vacation spot with extremely helpful staff. We will always remember the staff like they were part of our family.
