The villa opens onto a spacious entrance hall leading to a large, bright living room with two seating areas, one of which has a double sofa bed, accommodating up to 8 people.

The air-conditioned living room features a large television, a dining area for 8, and generous proportions. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.).

Upstairs, a large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom opens onto a spacious balcony/terrace furnished with a lounge area and sun loungers.

On the ground floor, two bedrooms each have their own bathroom with shower and sink. The villa also includes a guest toilet, a laundry room, and storage space. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The villa is equipped with Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

The fully fenced property offers ample parking for two cars under a pergola. The landscaped garden includes a lawn with a ping-pong table and a children's play area.
