Charming stone farmhouse holiday Villa immersed in the Tuscan countryside. This luxury property offers a large arcade and an elegant decorated porch, a wonderful swimming pool and a fantastic panorama all around. This holiday dream is the perfect location place for quiet evenings with friends and family, enjoying Italian food and wine.
GOOD TO KNOW
WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the utility could fix a limit of water consumption. Above this limit the consumption will be charged by an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price. We will calculate in any case a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
CLEANING: final cleaning is compulsory. For stays longer then 1 week additional cleanigs are not compulsory but upon request.
WI-FI: one WiFi connection x bedroom is normally included. The WiFi box is located in the living room of each villa.
SWIMMING POOL: the swimming pool is open in Mid and High season. In low season it depends of weather conditions. The heating is approximately possible from the end of March to the end of April and from the end of September to the end of October . These dates could change depending on weather conditions and outside temperature.
Service not available for last minute bookings: pool heating must be requested at reservation and/or at least 2 weeks before arrival date.

La villa ainsi que le jardin sont très agréables. Une jolie vue sur la campagne environnante. Très belle piscine. L'appartement que nous avions se composait de deux chambres chacune avec leur salle de bain, ainsi que d'une cuisine parfaitement équipée. C'était parfait pour notre famille de 2 adultes et 2 enfants mais la Villa peut se louer en entier. La déco a gardé le charme de l'historique, avec tout le confort moderne. Propreté impeccable. Accueil très serviable. La situation géographique est également super, au calme à la campagne tout en étant proche de Pise, Lucca ou même Florence.

Hébergement de 7 jours 11 au 18 juillet dans cette superbe villa calme et reposante. Magnifique villa tout est réussi ,la vue sur la campagne, les chambres , le jardin, les champs de lavande , lauriers fleurs oliviers etc .., la grande piscine , la salle à manger, les petits déjeuners maisons si besoin. Et les hôtes sont très accueillants , nous étions comme chez nous .....A recommander sans modération!. Seul regret ne pas être resté plus longtemps .!.
