VILLA 12 PERS. - ALL' MARE

The Villa has a capacity of 12 and a wonderful panoramic view to the hills around, a heated swimming pool and all the comfort needed. A large lounge/dining room with fireplace and a separate big modern kitchen, all with straight entrance to the porch facing the pool. The magic of the Tuscan countryside and the warm colours of the Villa gives to the property a cozy aspect. The Villa offers six bedrooms, every with personal bathroom and air conditioning.

GOOD TO KNOW
WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the area the utility could fix a limit of water consumption. Above this limit the consumption will be charged by an extra cost to be paid at the end of the holiday period at the price. We will calculate in any case a sufficient amount of water to cover normal consumption for a normal holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.

CLEANING: final cleaning is compulsory. For stays longer then 1 week additional cleanigs are not compulsory but upon request.

WI-FI: one WiFi connection x bedroom is normally included. The WiFi box is located in the living room of each villa.
SWIMMING POOL: the swimming pool is open in Mid and High season. In low season it depends of weather conditions. The heating is approximately possible from the end of March to the end of April and from the end of September to the end of October . These dates could change depending on weather conditions and outside temperature.
Service not available for last minute bookings: pool heating must be requested at reservation and/or at least 2 weeks before arrival date.
