La Villa has been recently fully restored and beautifully furnished is classic Tuscan style with pastel walls, and lovely wooden furnishings creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The Villa, which is all on the ground floor has plenty of room for relaxing.

At the front of the Villa you will find a lovely patio with table and chairs leading to the front entrance which opens directly into a living area with large dining table and chairs, fireplace and sitting area with settees, armchairs, satellite television and DVD player. The living area opens onto a rear terrace which in turn leads to the lovely gardens and swimming pool. There is a large kitchen which opens onto the side terrace with barbecue. There are a total of four pretty bedrooms and four shower rooms.

A lovely feature of the Villa are the various pretty terraces and patios at the front, side and rear of the house, all furnished with table, chairs and sun umbrellas creating secluded spots for a quiet reading or a perfect for dinner "al fresco" including a barbecue for grilling wonderful Tuscan meats, and even a wood burning pizza oven.

As well as on the lovely terraces, there is plenty more space for relaxing in the perfectly kept garden which offers a secluded private swimming pool (9.5m x 5.5m) with a children section and dramatic views onto the wooded hills. The pool is surrounded by a paved area and lawns with plenty of sun loungers and a lovely wrought iron gazebo for relaxing, dining or just enjoying a glass of chilled local wine.
