Languedoc Roussillon villa rental with private pool located in Colognac, 50 minutes from Ales, former priory of the sixteenth century in the heart of the mountains of the Cevennes, on more than 5 hectares of hills.
In the 1960s, a wealthy industrialist from Alès bought it and turned it into a family home. The current owners bought the property 30 years ago and created a family vacation home.
The terraced property is filled with nooks, beautiful meadows, three ponds and even a small waterfall when it rains! There is a small wooden hut for the children's theater. The large swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers, a bar and two summer rooms for outdoor living. There is an orangery and even a vegetable garden at your disposal.

The house has 4300 square feet and can comfortably accommodate 16 people. There are 7 large rooms. Two are on the ground floor, each with a bathroom. The other 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor and share a large bathroom with shower. One bedroom is dormitory style, with 4 single beds for children. The other three are spacious and have double beds. A studio is in a separate building for your nanny, your private chef or even your teenagers.
On the ground floor there is a games room with a bar and table football. Two leather chairs and a table with two chairs allow you to relax and play cards, dice and other games. There is a turntable and an iPod stand for listening to music. This room communicates with the terrace where are a table and chairs shaded. The ideal room for breakfast or a glass of wine at night! In the entertainment room you will find a sofa and chairs, a TV (with a satellite dish for children's shows and many other channels), a DVD player and a selection of movies and games for children and adults.
