Villa Mandorlo’s name comes from the big and colorful almond tree that surrounds the house. In springtime, when this same almond tree blooms, it is also visible from the city of Arezzo. Thanks to its strong scent guests love to spend their time watching the vibrant petals dance in the wind. Here every renovation is compliant with the environmental friendly philosophy. This villa has been recently renovated following the highest quality standards. The private pool (6 x8m 1,30 m depth) is accessible only from the villa’s loggia or the elegant glass doors both located on the ground floor. You will notice the Mediterranean vegetation surrounding the swimming pool.

The villa is on two floors and consists of a living room, a dining room, two double bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom & shower, a fully equipped kitchen located under the old loggia at the ground floor. Through the glass doors of the dining room you will enjoy the breathtaking panorama to the valley, the hills and the city of Arezzo. In the kitchen guests can find a fridge with freezer, oven, microwave, pizza oven, dishwasher, induction cooker, toaster, American coffee maker and espresso machine. A flight of 15 steps from the ground floor leads to the upper floor where we find three double bedrooms. All bedrooms have their private access to the bathroom. Thanks to the location of the pool, not far from the living room and the kitchen, it is possible for the guests to enjoy the nature surrounding the villa while having a peaceful poolside dinner. The villa offers air-conditioning, central heating, satellite tv, wi fi , washing machine, drying machine and ironing facilities. On request guests can have wine tasting, cooking course and dinner in villa. Welcome dinner on the arrival day and welcoming basket for breakfast for all the guests spending at least one week by the villa. Arezzo is just 4 km away from the property.
