The Villa is on two floors. Each floor has its own living room, kitchen, dining room and three bedrooms with private bathrooms. The first floor can be reached externally through the original stone stairs or a stone bridge linking the garden and the pool (the entire path is accessible for wheelchairs); moreover one bedroom located on the first floor is accessible for wheelchairs. The villa includes all the equipment necessary to enjoy your stay. The kitchens are fully equipped withfridge with freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooker, toaster, American coffee maker and espresso machine. Washing machine and drying machine are available. Each floor of the villa is completely furnished and has WI-FI, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The furnishing has excellent finishing and each ambience is studied thoroughly to achieve greater ease of use without losing the authentic taste of the Tuscan country houses. A big fireplace gives a romantic and elegant touch to the main dining room. Under the loggia at the ground floor, next to the garden, there is a large dining table.

Possibility to buy products from the organic farm of the property. Cot for children € 25, additional bed € 25, extra cleaning € 19 per hour. Pets allowed € 25 per week Italian and foreign newspapers on request when booking. Heating according to consumption € 5 per m ^ 3. The heating in the villa can be used from 01 November to 15 April at a cost of 100.00 euros per day.

Una struttura bellissima, sono stato con amici in una delle ville, belle strutture pulite e confortevoli. Bellissimo svegliarsi tra la natura. Molto cordiali gentili e dispinibili i gestori. Un posto che sicuramente consiglerei a chi vuole visitare i dintorni di Siena

Mooie agriturismo midden in de crete senese en daardoor een waanzinnig mooi uitzicht. De appartementen zijn ruim, van zeer hoge kwaliteit en comfortabel. Vanuit hier zijn Montalcino en Pienza snel te bereiken evenals Siena. Aanrader!
