The Villa already existed back in 1204, when it became part of the Republic of Siena. This particularly beautiful area to the south of the city of Siena is home to the most spectacular landscapes and biological diversity and is surrounded by wooded hills and valleys with breath-taking views.
Isolated and private, the Villa provides discretion for those looking for a retreat from which to explore the area or a private space to spend time doing what they like most. The Villa is surrounded by a large fence to ensure safety and privacy.

La Villa is composed by three adjoining buildings where the rooms are located. Often, they can be accessed by cosy lounges where guests can meet on comfortable sofas to read, listen to music or sample a fine Tuscan wine.

The original building have been renovated with tasteful interiors and respect for materials: terracotta tiles, wooden beams, wrought iron, and great care with color combinations. The 14 rooms in the villa that can accommodate 28 people, are large (15-20 m²), bright and furnished with period furniture.

In the extensive gardens there is a large, infinity swimming pool (20 m long /1,6 m deep) overlooking the wooded valley open all year round. The lawn surrounding the pool is dotted with sunbeds, chais and umbrellas at the guest’ disposal. A large sunny panoramic terrace, furnished with wicker sofas and armchairs, overlooks the tree spa bath.

The calidarium, frigidarium and tepidarium guide guests through a unique sensory experience: the three large baths – each containing water at a different temperature – whose infinity edges offer visual continuity with the surrounding green valleys, promise total gratification, whether you are alone or in company. Also at your disposal: wellness centre with a Finish sauna, yoga room and gym equipment .
