This apartment is ideal for a leisure trip with friends or relatives and perfect for a business trip as it offers upon request up to four independent rooms with an en-suite bathroom each. The living area offers a large dining table where you can gather either for a nice breakfast or a tasteful meal. A private garden with dining table and BBQ is really a rarity in the heart of the city.

4 bedroom apartment with garden. All rooms have independent heating and air conditioning, whose layout is as follows:

As you enter the apartment you are in the lounge dining area with a small open plan kitchen. There is a big table and chairs where you can enjoy meals made with local products.

There are also two comfortable sofas and two armchairs, great for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! Right on the left you enter the TV room, perfect for those who want to hear the news or to snoop zapping the National TV channels and gives access to the first double room (with easy access) and a double bed 160x190 and it's private bathroom with lighted Jacuzzi shower.

From the living area you have access to the second double room with its own private bathroom and to the private courtyard/garden, perfect for evening aperitifs, your breakfast or a BBQ.

The third bedroom has its entrance from the courtyard. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe for guests´ belongings and an en-suite bathroom with Turkish bath and bathtub. This room has natural light as there are windows that lead out onto the courtyard;The fourth bedroom is off this area in an independent structure, it has a double (or twin) bed on the upper floor and a sofa downstairs with an en-suite bathroom.

This apartment has the privilege to be suitable from 2 up to 8 guests, partly split upon request. It's because it has a main area with two bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, living and the TV room that can be taken separately.

The other bedroom and an independent apartment with an entrance from the courtyard are perfect if the group is big or more than one family units travel together.

Here you can live like the Florentines, eat at home as you would in a restaurant, enjoy the privacy and silence as you were at home and reach the world famous monuments as soon as you close the main door! Really a perfect combination!

This apartment is located in the center of the town, in the street that is considered an artery.
This street, changing the names, goes from P.zza Duomo, between The Baptistery and the Cathedral right to the Boulevards. All the most important monuments are a short stroll away, shops and restaurants are also all close by, fantastic location!
