Located on the seventh floor with elevator, a building located in via dell'Arte della Lana, in front of the Church of Orsanmichele and close to the famous Via Tornabuoni, Piazza della Repubblica and all the most beautiful monuments of Florence. The apartment is located in the heart of the historic center, in a very popular location for its proximity to museums, craft shops and restaurants.
Interior Description:
Charming modern apartment (118 m2) recently renovated, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with shower, which can accommodate up to 6 people.
One reaches the apartment by a large entrance. On the left of the entrance is the first bedroom with two single beds with access to a small closet. The living room is opposite the entrance and includes a dining table for 6 people, a double sofa bed and a TV. The second bedroom is next to the living room with a double bed and a wardrobe, overlooking the church of Orsanmichele. There is near this room the first bathroom with shower. Returning to the entrance, to the right of the entrance door, we discover the well equipped kitchen and livable that gives access to the second bathroom, with shower.

Its superb location is the star of this apartment but not its only positive attribute. The apartment given its very central location was surprisingly quiet. We stayed for five nights and apart from some Friday night music (a concert of some sort near by) sleeping was not an issue. The apartment is really quite spacious and comfortable. The apartment itself is on the 7th floor and accessed by lift. It is very secure. The bathrooms are quite practical .The apartment is well provisioned, clean, tidy and comfortable. The view from the apartment is amazing and the easy accessibility to a supermarket, cafes and restaurants all within a few hundred metres makes this apartment really good value! I don't think you will be disappointed.

Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay here. The Old Town is right down the street! The apartment is lovely and very comfortable . The apartment is within walking distance of the train station as well as shops, restaurants and all sorts of not to be missed sights. In addition to the museums and architectural wonders, we discovered a terrific cafe, a great bookshop, and an absolutely amazing restaurant all within 5- 30 minutes walk.
