The apartment is in via dei Pepi, a quiet street and 1 minute walk from Piazza Santa Croce, where you can admire the magnificent Romanesque Basilica of Santa Croce with its majestic façade. From the apartment you can also walk to the most important monuments of Florence in just 5 minutes.
Interior Description:
Apartment of 66 m2 just renovated with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located on the first floor without elevator, 18 steps to climb. The entrance to the apartment overlooks a small hall furnished with a particular wall cabinet. Then there is the living room with double sofa bed and TV, fully equipped kitchen area and dining area. Access from the kitchen area to the first bathroom with shower. We go to the sleeping area through another small hall, where on the left is the double bedroom with two single beds that can be united and straight up the second bedroom with a double bed that can not be separated. The second bathroom, with shower, is on the right. Air conditioning is present throughout the apartment.

Traumhaft Florenz. Solch ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. kann ich ein Einzelzimmer nichts auszusetzen finden. Dieses Apartment ist so sorgfältig gestaltet und eingerichtet - super BettCroceen, luxuriöse Badezimmer und es gibt auch viele und viel Platz im Schrank. Wir hätten unseren gesamten 5 Wochen Urlaub hier verbracht. Es ist jedoch unglaublich ruhig obwohl direkt neben Santa Croce. Sehr schön, dass das Restaurant Vorschläge und Reiseführer. hier wurde nichts übersehen und diejenigen unglaublich Terrassen. Obwohl es Winter war, hatten wir uns jeden Tag auf die Terrassen genießen Sie die Aussicht! Ich wünschte, ich wäre noch dort!

We stayed in this beautiful apartment with our three teenage boys for 4 days. This was our second time in Florence and we were looking for a location close to Santa Croce, This apartment was everything we were looking for and more! Fantastic location, we were able to walk everywhere. The apartment was beautifully renovated, with very upscale furnishings and beautiful marble baths. We would definitely return!
