DOCUMENTS
The rental provider is required to request personal information—specifically proof of identity (ID card or passport)—from all guests and to submit this data to local authorities.
TOURIST TAX
Guests are required to pay the tourist tax in accordance with municipal regulations: €2 per person per night (for the first four nights only) for guests over the age of 12.
SERVICES
To be paid alongside the rental fee prior to arrival:
End-of-stay cleaning (mandatory): €150
Upon request: excursions, airport transfers, massages, yoga, etc.
HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
- Do not exceed the maximum permitted number of guests—even if they are not staying overnight—without prior authorization.
- All occupants must respect the neighbors and refrain from any illegal activity.
- Please be considerate of the neighbors and keep noise levels down between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
- Parties are not permitted.
- The lead renter must be at least 18 years old. Minors must be accompanied by a parent.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in the booking.
- Commercial photography or filming is prohibited on the property.
- The renter is liable for any damage caused to the property and agrees that costs for damages incurred during the stay may be charged to the credit card provided. Please contact us immediately regarding any damage or issues so that we can address them. - If you spill something that is difficult to clean, please call us immediately.
Violation of these rules may result in a €200 penalty.

In the event of cancellation by the guest, the following cancellation fees will apply:
- No penalty if cancelled up to 30 days before arrival.
- 100% of the rental price if cancelled between 29 days and the day of arrival, or in the event of a no-show.
