EXTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The Villa is a beautiful villegiatura with dependance, located in a village just outside the Chianti Classico area.
Surrounded by a large private garden, the property boasts outdoor areas: a large lounge with sofas and a coffee table, where to relax admiring the stunning panorama, or the splendid loggia on the first floor of the main buikding equipped with dining table;
and the private swimming pool with solarium (parasols, sunbeds and deck chairs) and a breathtaking view to the Chianti hills.
At guests' disposal, also a barbecue for tasty grills with friends.

INTERNAL DESCRIPTION
The main building and dependance can accommodate up to 12 people for a total of 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

Main building (2 levels): on the ground floor, large, bright living area, elegantly furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, fireplace and carpets together with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious dining room.
Upper floor: sleeping area consisting of 3 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined together) and 4 bathrooms (including three with shower and one with bathtub) + a delightful relax area with sofas and a coffee table.

Dependance (2 floors): on the ground floor living area with dining room, kitchen, glass veranda (with curtains for shelter from sun), 2 small single beds (suitable for children/teenagers) and a pool table.
On the first floor double bedroom and bathroom with shower.

Included free Wi-Fi and air conditioning (in all rooms). Pets are allowed.
