This Villa is a wonderful holiday property immersed in the nature and surrounded by a beautiful garden. The Villa has a private swimming-pool with hydro-massage corner with sunbeds and umbrellas, also a huge terrace furnished with sofas, chairs, table and umbrellas plus a pizza oven and a barbecue with external dining area with table for 8-10 people.
This Villa is divided in 3 levels:
Ground floor: very large double living-room with satellite TV, fireplace, many sofas, dining table for 8-10 people, fully equipped kitchen with double fridge, dishwasher, oven, bbq, etc. Service bathroom (no shower or bathtub).
Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms with queen size beds, closet and views with shared bathroom (bathtub). 2 single bedrooms with French beds & closet and view, shared bathroom with shower.
Lower floor: large living room with library (collection of English and French books); pool room and gym with basic furnishings. Bathroom with shower.
The Villa is air conditioned in 3 of the 4 bedrooms on the upper floor (one of the single bedrooms is not air conditioned). Mosquito screens on all windows. On the back of the villa, apartment of the gardener and villa keeper that guarantees the maximum privacy to the guests and support in case of need.
Internet wi-fi, air conditioning, safe, swimming-pool, 2 covered parking spaces, pool, Finnish sauna, alarm system.
The Villa can be booked by weeks from whatever day for a minimum stay of 1 week ( low season minimum stay of 3 nights).

This beautiful, spacious and beautifully furnished Villa was a wonderful and lovely experience for myself and my sister-in-law for our week stay in this nice town of Camaiore. They made us feel like family from the minute we arrived and helped us with our belongings and we were so graciously presented with a beautiful home made dinner.

Spent a week here and never felt so relaxed. The property is in a great location with great views and just a bunch of km from the sea. The owners are such wonderful hosts and could not have done more for us. We really had a splendid time there. We will be back surely and soon
