EXTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The Villa is located in the private forest of Roccamare, access to which is controlled by a porter, and the beach nearby for several years gets the prestigious Blue Flag of Europe, thanks to a particularly clean sea.
The property is independent and has a nice garden with lawn and tall pines. The front porch of the villa allows you to rest from the summer heat with comfortable sofas, dining table for 12 people and barbecue for lunches / dinners al fresco.
At guests' disposal beautiful swimming pool with Jacuzzi and sun loungers. The sea and the long white sand beach (one of the most beautiful in Tuscany) are just 400 meters from the villa, with tents (private) and bungalows. Access to the beach is only allowed to owners of neighboring villas.

INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
The newly renovated one-storey villa can accommodate up to 12 people for 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 with shower and 2 with shower and bath).
The villa opens onto a large living room (with direct access to the outdoor terrace), with sofas, armchairs and satellite TV (Sky). Next door bright dining room with glass table and modern fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster).
The night area consists of 5 charming rooms (3 double and 2 twin), all with bathroom.
On the ground floor sixth bedroom, usually used for staff. This room is in the basement and has only skylights in the garden. It has two single beds that can be joined, air conditioning and a private bathroom.

Unlimited WiFi-ADSL access. Rooms have air conditioning and mosquito nets. Pets are not allowed.
