At guests' disposal: large neat and equipped garden, 2 private swimming pools, one oval (4 x 10 m - open from 01/05 to 31/10) and the other rectangular (16 x 6 m - open from 01 / 05 to 31/10), located in a dominant position overlooking the Val de Chiana, large gazebo, wood oven, barbecue (can be used only in the presence of the owner, payable locally), solarium, pool house with shower ( hot water). Laundry room with washing machine and iron (service payable locally).
 Air conditioning in all rooms and main lounges. Parking in the property.
Extra services (Payable in resort): domestic help (price on request), cook (price on request), laundry, extra single bed (€ 25, - / day), baby cot (€ 10, - / day ). Possibility to organize Tuscan cooking classes, special events and weddings in the property.
