Beautiful Villa with private pool located among the hills overlooking the small town of Giotto, famous painter and architect of the thirteenth-eighteenth century. The geographical position of this villa allows many excursions on foot, by bicycle and on horseback. Lake Bilancino where to practice water sports is approx. 20km.

This beautiful Villa enjoys a quiet and panoramic position. The house of the guards is a few meters away, completely independent of the villa. Access to the property by a short stretch of unpaved road.

Ground floor: entrance, large living room (TV-sat) with billiard, wood stove and access to the outside, dining room with fireplace and access to the outside, WC.
3 steps down: kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher, small microwave oven, coffee maker with filter) with wood stove and access to the outside.
First floor: a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower.
Second floor: double bedroom, bathroom with bathtub (hydromassage) and shower, bathroom with shower, bedroom with 2 single beds, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, double bedroom with bathroom private with shower.

Attic (access by a spiral staircase): a room with single beds and private bathroom with shower (minimum height of the room and the bathroom: 1,60m approx.).
7 steps above (second floor): a double room with private bathroom with shower.
