Our Villas vary in size from a 2BR Penthouse to a 5BR Villa with a private swimming pool.
All our houses are located on the beach in the heart of Tulum.

We are in an area that is off grid.
We are not connected to municipal services.
There is electricity for all your needs, but living off grid requires special attention.
Some things will be different than you are used to, but this lends to Tulum’s unique charm.
All our homes include kitchens.
Each home is fully furnished with towels, bed linen and beach towels provided.
