In the most southerly region of the Tuscan Maremma is a captivating village impressed and suspended in time: Capalbio is a medieval village remarkably well preserved and always frequented by famous people of culture and music.
The landscape is primarily typical of the Mediterranean maquis with its innumerable shades of intense green, a wild landscape and still virtually virgin.
In the vicinity of this village, to visit: the WWF oasis adjacent to Lake Burano (25 km), the Tarot Garden, the beach of Capalbio which extends over 12 km, famous for its clear, transparent and crystalline waters and its sandy seabed, equipped with many bathing establishments (6 kilometers of free beach).
The Villa is 13 km from Capalbio. In the heart of the countryside of Maremma this property is an oasis of tranquility that is accessed by a small dirt road. Completely fenced, the property includes a typical main building and outbuilding of the area that have been recently elegantly renovated with quality materials, furnished with beautiful designer pieces and tastefully decorated.
Both buildings are equipped with air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi Internet connection, and a kitchen of excellent quality equipped with optimal.

The caretaker lives in an independent building, takes care of the daily housework and, on request, can prepare meals for the guests.

The large private 16 x 8 meter outdoor swimming pool is equipped with deck chairs and sun loungers. The loggia adjacent to the main house is equipped with a table, chairs for 12 people and a barbecue.

A few kilometers away an excellent restaurant prepares typical and traditional dishes of the cuisine of Maremma.
