The Villa is located in a charming medieval village 40 km from Siena and 3 km from Gaiole in Chianti, in an area with many beautiful castles and beautiful vineyards where was born the wine Chianti Classico.
The hamlet to which the Villa belongs still retains its original buildings arranged around a network of narrow streets and picturesque squares. The still-consecrated church is particularly imposing, as is the entrance door, beside which a characteristic and welcoming vine-house where to savor wines accompanied by local dishes.
Standing beside the church, the Villa has been completely renovated while retaining its original character, including the beamed ceilings and the magnificent frescoes that decorate the walls.
Developing on two levels, the property is furnished with period furniture and the bathrooms are in Tusian travertine, elegant and functional.
The rooms on the first floor are equipped with air conditioners while those on the ground floor are not provided due to the thickness of the old walls. The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, two refrigerators and many other accessories. Flat screen satellite TV and internet connection in Wi-Fi mode.
Outside, the beautiful private garden has relaxation areas, a terrace with chairs and a table for eight people, ideal for alfresco dining while enjoying a pleasant view of the Chianti hills. Barbecue and swimming pool jacuzzi of 5x3 m, whose water can be heated.
Upon request, guests can enjoy free use of the Castello di Spaltenna's services, 3 km away: indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis court and wellness center or tasty tasting in the castle's restaurants at reduced prices.
Located at 3 km, Gaiole offers all the necessary services. the Villa is also an excellent starting point for itineraries to discover local products.

FIRST FLOOR: 1 double bedroom with four-poster bed, private sitting room, and bathroom (with shower); 1 double bedroom with private lounge, and sofa bed, 1 bathroom (with shower); 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom (with bath and shower).

All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms; the rooms on the first floor have air conditioning; the ground floor overlooks the large private garden at the back of the property, laid out with a large terrace with a barbecue, table and chairs for eight people, ideal for alfresco dining.
