A beautiful and independent villa with a private garden located on the peninsula of Portofino.
The villa is just 5 minutes on foot from the “piazzetta” and the harbor.
It has a private access to the sea and a breathtaking panorama (both sea and garden view).
Nestled in the greenery, it guarantees the utmost privacy.
Among the outdoor spaces, you will find: a large terrace, an outdoor dining area, a lounge area with parasol and a solarium with sunbeds.
There is a private rock platform where guest can sunbathe and take a dip in the blue sea.
To reach the rock platform you need to go down 180 steps.

The property is spread over 2 floors and tastefully furnished.It can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Ground floor: On the basement floor there are 2 bedrooms with double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.

First floor:
A large and bright living room with white sofas and French windows that allow direct access to the outdoor patio.
Following is a formal dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of: 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom; 2 rooms with double bed
Besides an extra room is available for 1 additional guest maximum (at a cost of 400,00€ per week).
Along the corridor there are 2 bathrooms.
