A recently built property, which has all the comforts of a modern villa in a rustic setting, surrounded by fruit trees, where you can enjoy the calm and tranquility of the region, as it is 5 minutes from the village of Ariany and 20 minutes by car from the beach of Can Picafort, factors that allow you to spend a beautiful holiday in a quiet place and yet close to the coastal zone.
The Villa is very spacious. It has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and another with bathtub. At the back of the house there is a large barbecue and a playground for children with a swing and a small house and table tennis. For those who prefer to relax, there are several rest areas and also two hammocks in the shade of several trees to enjoy the typical Spanish "siesta".
DISTRIBUTION :
Stone entrance, with access to a large lounge, 2 sofas, TV, satellite, wifi... and access to two terraces and pool area. On the right is a large bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200 cm and a bathroom with bathtub. Just next to the living room is the large fully equipped kitchen with access to the BBQ and the back area. On the left side of the house there are 3 bedrooms with 2 beds of 90x200 cm each, and 2 bathrooms with shower.

Wi-Fi Internet, satellite TV, Air conditioning, Heating, High chair, Dishwasher, Fridge/freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing machine, Hair dryer, Swimming pool. Property fully equipped with sheets and towels.

Additional information
Note 1: Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be deducted from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2: In properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
When a late departure is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Please note that a security deposit of 500€ is required.
The rentals are for a minimum of 6 nights until 31/05/2019 and from 25/09 to 05/06/2020 and from 27/09/2020 to 29/05/2021 with entry and exit days at your convenience.
For the period from 1/06 to 28 /09 and from 06 /06 /2020 to 26/09/2020 the duration of the stay is 7 nights minimum and from Saturday to Saturday only.
For the months of March, April, May and October, please contact us for stays of less than a week.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
Pre-payment to lock dates
First instalment of 30% upon receipt of the contract
Balance on arrival.
Energy, cleaning, maintenance and other management costs included, except electricity which costs 0.25€/Kw.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Penalty for the entire amount less than one month before the entry date
75% penalty between one month and two months before entry date
30% penalty between é and 3 months
10% penalty for more than three months before entry date
100% of the rent in case of no show
OBSERVATION
Group of young people under 21 years of age not admitted.
