The Borgo is an agritourism estate in a 12 hectares park surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and chestnut groves.
The hamlet dates back to 1600 and is in a strategic location on the border of Tuscany and Umbria: it faces south onto the splendid Valtiberina valley.

On the property there are 6 apartments (not connected inside) for a group of relatives or friends to rent all together. There are 9 bedrooms in total, to accomodate up to 19 people.
Guests can dine all together in a large common room equipped with a spacious kitchen, very large table and lovely living area.
The apartments and the houses are located inside the hamlet’s garden, and each one has its own independent entrance. The equipment inside each apartment allows guests to be completely independent.

Guests of the hamlet will enjoy a beautiful private swimming pool with panoramic views and an organic garden with seasonal vegetables to pick free of charge. The farm’s organic products (wine, oil, honey) are available to taste and to purchase.

The property is located in a very quiet location, in open countryside on a hilltop. The border of Tuscany and Umbria is not far, making the cities of both Tuscany (Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano etc...) and Umbria (Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi etc...) easy to reach.

In front of the apartment there is a private terrace leading down onto a private garden with table, umbrella and deck chair.

Ground floor: large living room with kitchen (oven, dishwasher, gas burners and toaster), 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms
