A living/dining room with TV Sat/Tdt with access to a covered terrace and barbecue. One bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom with shower. A large bedroom with double bed, ceiling fan and adjoining bathroom with bathtub. FLOOR: Access through a separate entrance on the ground floor. Large living/dining room with sofa bed, TV/TDT. Open kitchen with ceramic hob and dishwasher. Two bedrooms with two single beds. A bathroom with bathtub and a bedroom with washing machine.

OUTSIDE: From the kitchen there is an outside staircase leading to a solarium. Rectangular overflow swimming pool 8x3.5 with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. You can sunbathe in the hammocks of the villa, as well as have your meals outside in its different terraces. Large parking lot on the ground for 4-5 vehicles.

PLACEMENT: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Canuta" 250 m from the beach of the white port and the restaurant. The centre of Calpe is 2 km away.
