INTERIOR: The house on the upper floor is accessible by an outside staircase through the covered terrace with access to the large dining room and living room with SAT TV /tdt. It also has an independent kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher. One bedroom with washing machine. There are two large bedrooms with 2 single beds each. A separate bathroom with shower. And two large bedrooms with a double bed each. There is a separate toilet.

OUTDOOR: Beautiful 8x4 swimming pool area with Roman stairs, indoor barbecue and outdoor shower. There is also a bathroom with shower. Parking on the plot for 2 vehicles.

SITE: The villa is located in a privileged area called "Benicolada" because of its proximity to the centre of Calpe (600 m) and the sandy beach (1.3 km). The nearest supermarket is only 600 m from the house.

NOTE: Free WiFi. Pets up to 12 kg are allowed at an extra charge.
