In front of the loggia, in a dominant position overlooking the surrounding countryside, a large furnished terrace has a large dining table for al fresco dining.
The Villa is located in a quiet and comfortable position, ideal for visiting Tuscany with its many famous cities and attractions. The house is very close to a restaurant, shops and only 6 km from the charming 12th century village of Palaia. In addition, Pisa airport is less than 40 minutes drive away and Florence is just over an hour away.
The interior of the house has been furnished with all the necessary comforts to fully enjoy the summer holidays: well equipped kitchen, wi-fi and all rooms are air conditioned, included in the price. The organization of the house is perfect for a group of friends, or a family, looking to spend their holidays together while maintaining their privacy. All bedrooms in the main house have an en-suite bathroom (three of them with bath and shower while the fourth with shower only). In this part of the Villa, particularly large master bedroom. In the guest house, two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower ideal for a family with children.
Large, well-kept garden, part of which is an olive grove. The pool is completely fenced for the safety of children. Bread oven for pizzas and barbecues.
For golf lovers, the Villa is a short drive from the golf course of Castelfalfi, a 27-hole golf course in a beautiful environment renowned for being one of the best in Tuscany.

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine de détente dans cette Villa. Une belle et grande maison avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin en groupe ou en famille, plus un grand jardin pour amuser nos enfants. La situation près de Pise et Lucques est idéale pour découvrir une Toscane un peu en dehors des sentiers battus.

Very nice place to stay for a big family and a very nice house, it was very interesting and helpful and nothing bothered them. The gardens are very well maintained. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this Villa to anyone. A few minutes drive from Pisa airport and the city from the train station for further excursions. A wonderful family atmosphere. Very sad to leave.
