The Villa offers a private pool for those seeking an extremely comfortable holiday in a splendid landscape of wooded hills. The property is located northwest of the beautiful medieval town of Lucca (9 km), a must-see destination when visiting the region. The secluded position offers total privacy and a truly relaxing experience.
The property is divided into two neighboring houses, making it an ideal place for groups of friends or family members who want to meet each other. Each house has its own covered terrace overlooking the pool as well as a kitchen and living room. The owners have furnished them with all the comforts for an Italian holiday: air conditioning in all rooms, comfortable seating areas, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, modern kitchens extremely well equipped etc ...
Both houses were designed with particular attention to detail and respecting the character of the original building. They are furnished in an elegant but comfortable style, and the use of original materials such as marble, stone and terracotta tiles brings out the timeless Tuscan charm. The clear fabrics of excellent quality complete the atmosphere and bring a warm touch to the interiors.

The English speaking manager will be happy to help you during your stay and to answer all your requests. In addition, the VK team is at your disposal to assist you in planning your excursions and in organizing your activities.

Second floor: Bedroom with matrimonial bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower; 2 twin bedrooms (can be joined together) with en-suite bathrooms (shower).

Dependance - 5 people
Ground floor: Entrance; living room, kitchen with dining area overlooking the garden with large veranda for outdoor dining; single room (with a pull-out bed), bathroom (shower).
First floor: 2 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath and separate shower)
