In a panoramic position, this Villa is built on a hill and dominates the Lucca countryside. This former 17th century mansion with its wine cellars, stables and granaries has been transformed into a pleasant holiday resort and is part of a renowned wine estate. The estate, about 2 km from Segromigno Monte and 12 km from Lucca, offers several independent villas, each with a private pool, which you will find in our Tuscan collection. Restored with care, the Villa has kept its original architectural features outside while its interior has been equipped with modern equipment (satellite TV, VCR, hi-fi, dishwasher, telephone) and a elegant furnishing, highlighted by exposed beams. Its nicely arranged exteriors, consist of a garden, a relaxation area with a swimming pool (14x6) 150 m away, and a pool house with a kitchenette and a bathroom. A tennis court located in the area, is at your disposal on request. It should be noted that the staff speak English and remain at your disposal to assist you if necessary.

Services
Housekeeping is included in the rental price: 2 hours a day and 3 times a week. On request and against payment, you can hire a cook and extra cleaning hours.
