The Villa is a beautiful property located in a very quiet position, in the heart of the Chianti region, between Gaiole and Castelnuovo Berardenga. The main building dates from the 17th century, and has been fully restored by its Belgian owner who has managed to combine contemporary design and Tuscan architecture. The property is equipped with the most modern comforts, including air conditioning, wi-fi internet connection, large screen satellite TV and particularly well equipped kitchen. The rooms are tastefully furnished, and the majority of them have en suite bathrooms. Just opposite the main villa is a stone built outbuilding that can accommodate up to 6 additional guests. This part of the property is of more recent construction, but offers the same level of comfort as the villa. A beautiful covered terrace faces the garden at the pool, ideal place for lunch outside. The panoramic position of La Villa offers to discover a fabulous panorama, a shades of green on the hills planted with olive trees and vines. The caretaker, who speaks English, lives on site in an independent apartment. For wine lovers, the staff of La Villa will be happy to show you its beautiful winery where the wine is produced.

I stayed at two houses in Tuscany, everything was great, houses were amazing, service and just feeling the concierges were taking care of us. La Villa near Gaiole in particular had the live in concierge and they couple is just amazing. The house was wonderful except (perhaps) that I might have chosen a house closer to a town. La Villa is very well set in the mountains and the views are spectacular and the roads to get to it are very curvy and many of them are no paved so you need a car that can drive well thru the different roads. Other than that it surpassed my expectations.

La villa est magnifique, parfaitement entretenue et très confortable, à l'exception (peut-être) des marches menant aux chambres à l'étage qui semblaient un peu raides pour les adultes plus âgés. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème parce que la personne du groupe qui aurait eu des difficultés avec les marches utilisait la salle du bas. Les jeunes adultes du groupe utilisaient les chambres à l'étage. Nous considérons que la description de la villa ne lui rend pas justice. C'est merveilleux, tout fonctionne parfaitement, extrêmement propre et parfaitement entretenu. Merveilleux pour des vacances en famille / groupe. Mme G., qui était responsable de la villa, était comme un ange gardien. Nous avons eu un anniversaire pendant le voyage et elle a apporté des fleurs et un délicieux gâteau fait maison. Elle n'a jamais envahi notre vie privée mais a toujours été attentive à tous nos besoins.

A lovely villa with a beautiful kitchen that was our focus to cook wonderful dishes and then share together outside. The villa is perfect for entertainment and relaxing as a family or a small group.
