This authentic property, located in the south-east of Majorca, near Felanitx with private swimming pool and garden, can comfortably accommodate 16 to 18 people for a relaxing holiday.

The finca is impressive and was built in 2000 and renovated in 2010. The garden is very well maintained and offers a lot of space. The 12m x 6.5m swimming pool, which is between 0.65m and 2.10m deep, is surrounded by a terrace with hammocks, dining area and barbecue. And for those who do not want to give up sports during their holidays; table tennis table, sports room and outdoor shower ideal for a quick refreshment.
Different terraces, distributed on the ground floor and upper floors. This finca is fenced and there are no direct neighbours.
Finca distributed in two buildings: a main house and an annex.
In the main house, there is a bright living-dining room, with fireplace, and another living room with satellite TV.
Beautiful kitchen, with dining area, fully equipped.
Upstairs, two bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with bathtub. There is a second bathroom with whirlpool on this floor and a toilet on the ground floor.
The separate laundry room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
In the annex, four more bedrooms on the ground floor and two on the first floor, all with en suite bathrooms with whirlpool bath.

All rooms have two single beds, air conditioning, wardrobe and exit to the various terraces. If you are travelling with babies, there are also 2 cot beds and 3 high chairs available. In addition, there is a living room on the ground floor. The rooms are also air-conditioned. And, for the winter, central heating.

This property is surrounded by nature and tranquility. The authentic village of Felantix is a few minutes by car and you will find all the necessary services for your stay, such as restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The Felanitx market, where you can buy fresh produce from the island, takes place every Sunday. The Sanctuary of San Salvador is an ideal destination for cycling or driving. The beach, Cales de Mallorca, is 14.5 km away, but the coast offers many more coves to explore such as Cala Magrana, Cala Mondragó and Cala Marçal. The famous natural beach of Es Trenc is about a half-hour drive away.

There is an outdoor parking for 5 cars.
