Distribution: The villa is built on two floors.
On the lower floor there is a large living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kitchen utensils).
Two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and two bathrooms.

On the upper floor: Fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kitchen utensils), living/dining room, four bedrooms (one of the bedrooms with double bed and the other three with two single beds each) and two bathrooms.

The villa has air conditioning in all rooms.

Outdoor: The villa has a 8x4 sized swimming pool, with a metal ladder and outdoor shower. Around the pool there is an artificial lawn.

Very close to the villa you have the centre of Calpe (2km) as well as the sandy beach at only 1km and a supermarket 500m away.

Observations: It is possible to accommodate an additional person, price 84€/week. Pets are allowed, price for the stay 40€.
