Thanks to its own indoor swimming pool and sauna, a touch of luxury breathes in this house, whose living room and dining room on the first floor welcome you thanks to the open gallery with a loft character. The open kitchen invites you to cook and linger, while you can always find a sunny spot on the two terraces - up to 10 people will always find enough privacy here, thanks to the 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Furniture in Scandinavian design is of consistent quality and leaves nothing to be desired.

The Marissa holiday park is located on a large area directly on Lower Saxony's second largest lake, the Dümmer. Closeness to nature and sustainability are among the core values of the region, which is clearly reflected in the architecture and design. Expect a high standard in all areas.

The lake sauna with panoramic view and relaxation room ensures pure relaxation (for a fee, limited opening hours in the summer months): Here you have the perfect opportunity to end a long active day in the fresh air .

A skate park, various playgrounds and jogging paths by the water await you on site. On the large sandy beach, the heart of park life, you are always invited to swim, play or simply relax. You can also rent various bikes on site for a fee to explore the area on various bike paths. You can also try various water sports.

Thanks to gastronomic offers such as the beach café BEACHMAR or the buffet restaurant MEZZOMAR, both located directly on the water, you can feast on delicacies on site in complete comfort. There is also a mini-market (sandwiches, regional products) and a SEEKONTOR boutique (concept store for fashion, home accessories, lifestyle and delicacies).

A swimming pool as well as a large wellness and spa area will be built by the expected completion at the end of 2022. There you can relax on the roof terrace by the outdoor pool. The large activity house will offer leisure activities for all ages and above all will brighten the eyes of children. In addition to the conference center, several gastronomic offers are created on the large square directly on the lake.

You will also find plenty of opportunities to spend your free time on excursions in the nearby area. You can take inspiring bike tours or walks through various natural moor landscapes, in friendly towns such as Diepholz, Vechta or Osnabrück you can sit and drink a coffee, go shopping or stroll through the center- city. Guided excursions on horseback, a sailing lesson on the lake, miniature golf by the lake, a visit to Ströhen Zoo or a golf course can also be on the program.
