Nice villa in Calpe with private pool for 14 people; perfect for large families or groups of friends.

Distribution: the Villa is built on two floors which communicates with an inner staircase. On the lower floor is the living/dining room with an air-conditioning unit, a fully equipped kitchen (gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, microwave and kitchenware). Then you have a room with double bed, air conditioning; a room with two single beds and air conditioning and two bathrooms. (One of the bathrooms is private). On the upper floor there are five bedrooms (three with double bed, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed and air conditioning) and three bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is private).

Exterior: the Villa has a 9x4 swimming pool with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. Around the pool there is artificial turf. Nice barbecue area in masonry.

Close to the Villa you have access to the center of Calpe (3.5 km) as well as to the sandy beach (2.3 km) and supermarket (2.2 km).

Comments: it is possible to accommodate an extra person, extra price 84 €/week. Pets are allowed for an extra 40 €/stay.
