Large sliding doors lead out to the pool terrace and garden.
The fully equipped kitchen is also on this level and the dining room with a table to seat 10 persons.

On the ground floor are two air conditioned twin rooms both with their own en-suites.
Upstairs is the spacious master bedroom with twin beds that can be converted to a super king and with en-suite bathroom.
The master suite has its own sun terrace with a jacuzzi and views over the gardens and pool.
Bedroom four is also twin beds(can be converted) and en-suite bathroom.

Downstairs from the ground floor to the basement you will find a large TV room with DVD player and comfortable sofas. If required, an additional bed can be placed down here. There is also a separate bathroom, steam room and air conditioning.

Outside on the terrace is comfortable seating, a further dining table, wooden pergola with seating and a gas barbecue.
