This elegant white colored villa on 4 levels offers a relaxing environment with bright interiors and a very chic atmosphere. On the ground floor living room, kitchen and bathroom. Elegant sofas, armchairs and contemporary art pieces in the living room. Well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators and kitchen utensils. Laundry room.
A spiral staircase connects the floors of the property. The well-lit basement consists of a large living room, two very comfortable bedrooms with two bathrooms, a large gym and a sauna. Spacious private gym, with an exercise bike, bench and weights and exercise equipment. Sauna on the same level.
On the first floor three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, and a splendid terrace surrounding the villa. On the second floor, another double bedroom with mansard roof and bathroom.
Outside
This luxury villa with pool in Forte dei Marmi has a pleasant and lush garden: lavender bushes, palm , olive and lemon trees. The outdoor dining area is located in front of the living room, with a glass table for up to 8 people where you can eat al fresco. The pool area is equipped with sun loungers and a large umbrella. Next to the pool there is also a lawn ideal for drinking a glass of Italian wine at sunset or practicing yoga.

We had a wonderful experience at this Vila. The house was exactly, if not better than described. Very clean and well equipped with everything to make for a very comfortable stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 10 and could easily accommodate more than one family. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, market, restaurants and shopping and easily accessible by bike . We especially enjoyed just hanging out in the backyard in one of the many pleasant places to sit or relaxing in the Sauna. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely try to come back.

Wir haben das Ferienhaus für 2 Wochen gemietet und waren rundum zufrieden. Ausserdem war der Empfang und Einweisung sehr nett. Lebensmittel sind bereits fürs Erste bereitgestellt worden , was sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich war. Das Haus ist in sehr guter Lage (500 m vom Strand aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse). Mit den Fahrrädern ist sowohl der Stadtkern als auch der Strand problemlos erreichbar. Der Garten ist makellos und auch das Sauna war sehr gepflegt. Technisch gesehen besitzt das Haus einen grossen Fernseher. Wir würden dieses Haus definitiv wieder mieten und können jedem empfehlen Gleiches zu tun!

Maison incroyable, super séjour. Famille de 8 personnes avec des enfants (11 ans, 9 ans et 7 ans). Beaucoup d'espace (plus de place que nécessaire) . C'était parfait pour nous. L'emplacement est génial, et l'espace à l'extérieur est incomparable. L'accueil a largement dépassé nos attentes avec des transports, de la nourriture et des boissons, et des desserts tout prêts pour nous à notre arrivée. Je le recommande vivement !
