The Villa is a large house with private pool located near the famous sandy beaches of Versilia and its many coastal towns. The charming town of Camaiore, where guests can find many shops, restaurants and bars, is only 1 km away, and the highway (10 km) is ideal for easy access to one of the emblematic towns of the region as well as to visit Tuscany .

The property is located on a beautiful and extremely well maintained estate where guests can relax in a private atmosphere. The owner is always available for guests while making sure not to disturb their privacy. The Villa is equipped with all the necessary comforts for a carefree holiday, the kitchen is remarkably equipped and Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. The majority of rooms have their own bathroom and the room layout is ideal for two families wishing to spend their holidays together while maintaining their own privacy.

Former guests particularly enjoyed the well-furnished lounge and dining room outside, near the large swimming pool (17m x 8m). As parents have the opportunity to observe the pool while staying in the shade, the Villa is particularly suitable for families with young children.
