Umbria is not far away and by renting this Villa you can easily visit the Tuscan cities such as Arezzo, Siena, Florence, Cortona, Montepulciano, etc. and the cities of Umbria as Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, etc.

The Villa is a large manor dating from 1569 with a large garden and a panoramic swimming pool. A short distance from the Villa is an outbuilding inhabited by guards who cannot access the private garden or the pool. The rooms are large, welcoming and very neat.
