The Villa is a beautiful holiday property on the Chianti hills a few kilometers from San Gimignano, a medieval town approx. 2 km. The Villa is located on a renowned estate that produces the famous white wine "Vernaccia di San Gimignano".

The Villa has been restructured and the interiors are very comfortable: 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and 4 bathrooms with shower. Rustic style furniture that recreates the suggestive atmosphere of old rural homes and allows guests to enjoy an authentic holiday among the hills.

Outside, a large, well-kept garden where you can take a refreshing dip by the pool or enjoy the solarium with sun loungers and parasols: an ideal place with family or friends. BBQ area with equipped area (table and chairs) to enjoy excellent outdoor meals while admiring the magnificent panoramic view that stretches over the Chianti hills and the surrounding countryside.
The proximity of San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena and the Chianti area will allow you to spend a fantastic holiday in one of the most suggestive places of Tuscany and central Italy.
