VILLA CHIANTI 10 PERS. PRIVATE POOL CHEF

The Villa is an old oratory of the 15th century; first converted into a farmhouse in 1876, the property has been beautifully restored, and has returned to its original structure to become a beautiful country residence. The house, which is part of a historic estate near Castellina in Chianti, is situated on a hillside from which one enjoys a beautiful panorama of the Sienese countryside and the Chianti, until the towers of Monteriggioni. The vast landscaped outdoor spaces are in unison; a beautiful loggia with table and barbecue, irregular shaped pool (7x14m) with pool house. The Villa offers simple but comfortable furnishings as well as air conditioning on the first floor and a laundry room with washing machine. Can be arranged in advance and settled on the spot: cleaning hours, kitchen service, change of linen during the week, Tuscan dinner based on local products (once a week) and visits to the wine cellars of the estate.

The property is equipped with a car park; It is possible to have a cot.
Access to the site is via an unpaved road of 200 m.
The position of the Villa allows to visit the region of Chianti Classico. You will find all shops in Castellina in Chianti, about 5 km; Siena and Radda in Chianti are about 18 km, Florence is about 55 km; you will find a tennis and equestrian center about 5 km, a golf course about 15 km.
